Within the box media we have two primary wafer packaging systems, Single Wafer Packaging and Collective Wafer Packaging.

ITW Single Wafer Packaging Systems allow you to store and ship finished wafers individually, one wafer at a time.

It is a simple and effective solution, particularly suited to manual handling, and wafer fabs offering a "choose and pick" service to their customers.

ITW Collective Wafer Packaging Systems are engineered solutions designed for the secure storage and transport of up to 25 wafers within a single box.

These solutions are particularly suited to robotic recognition and auto-handling equipment utilized within wafer packing operations.

Since 1999, our customers have enjoyed higher yields through a significant reduction in wafer breakage during storage handling and transport between front end and back end sites.
